Early this morning, there has been drama at Fufa House in Mengo as a police officer was shot and injured between the scuffle between the Moses Magogo and Dan Walusimbi Fufa factions.
Following this unfortunate incident, FUFA has has finally given its take and informed the public how business has calmed down and business is going on smoothly.
“Following the invasion of FUFA House on Wednesday morning by Dan Walusimbi and group, an unfortunate incident happened when a police officer got shot. We would like to inform the football stakeholders that business is running normally at FUFA House and ready to serve you. It is Our Game, It is Our Country.” FUFA posted.
Bernard Ibanda, an officer from Lungujja police post is reported to have shot himself thrice in the thigh during the scuffle.
During the attack, the Magogo led Fufa was holding a weekly press briefing.
