Makerere academician Dr. Stella Nyanzi been sent Back to Luzira Prison until 10th May 2017.
However before sending her back, she first accused the chief magistrate at Buganda road for acting in error by denying Stella Nyanzi bail.
She has therefore Nyanzi her back to the same court for bail application hearing in May.
Dr Nyanzi was challenging the manner in which she was remanded to Luzira Prison, on 10th this month by Buganda Road Court chief magistrate James Ereemye Mawanda without entertaining her bail application.
Stella Nyanzi goes back to Luzira until 10th May 2017 where she has been for about three weeks over cyber harassment and offensive communication after referring to President Museveni as a pair of buttocks.
