Patrick Okabe.
The Court of Appeal has reversed a High Court ruling which had nullified the election of Serere County Member of Parliament, Bishop Patrick Okabe.
This follows the petition by his political rival Linos Opio on grounds that Okabe does not possess the required academic qualifications forcing the Soroti High Court to rule that Okabe was fraudulently elected.
