Mathew Kanyamunyu
Mathew Kanyamunyu was today denied bail for the 3rd time on grounds that he is healthy and under no alarm.
High Court Judge Yasin Nyanzi, who presided over the case sent Kanyamunyu back to Luzira prison and set the date for Kanyamunyu bail ruling to next week, 23rd August.
Kanyamunyu is accused for the Murder of Kenneth Akena, a social worker who scratched his car at Forest mall on November 12, 2016.
