The genesis of all the negative reception against any constitutional amendments is believed to have originated from Hon Muhammad Nsereko
The Member of Parliament for Kampala Central, the business centre of Uganda’s Capital city has continuously referred to any amendment as unwanted.
This all happened as he appeared on NBS Television on Thursday Morning when he cited that on matters of land amendment are all being fronted by President Museveni but not for a good cause.
Hon Nsereko also noted that Ugandans have lost confidence in the government, because it has failed to account for the things it was given.
He adds that Ugandans have been good to government on matters that contribute to national character, they have been very generous
