President addressing operators
Early this morning, a team of Kampala city council authority enforcement officers backed by Uganda police officers stormed the city center and carried out a special operation against the Taxi operators.
This operation was aimed at demanding for the daily charges imposed to the taxi operators an event that resulted into brutalizing operators after failure to respond positively to the demands.
Due to such challenges, the operators resolved to block the head of state as he traveled from State house along clock tower.
However on talking to the angry operators, president Museveni vowed to have their grievances addressed in the shortest time possible.
