Legendry Masaka Seconday School has again been crowned the champions of Masaka district Secondary School Football competition.
This happened on Monday evening as Maseco edged its longtime rival Blessed Sacrament Kimaanya at Masaka recreation grounds.
The matched ended 1:0 amidst titanic crowds that had gathered to witness the highly anticipated district derby.
This victory comes barely two days after Masaka Secondary School signed a Memorandum of understanding with Kampala City Football Club (KCCA) on the development of football in the school.
According to the school Head teacher Hajji Mpungu Musoke Musa said that this was a great opportunity for his students to easily join professional football something that may not only uplift the school status but also improve the player’s welfare.
