Hebert Muhangi
Former Flying Squad commander Hebert Muhangi now in Makindye military barracks together with former Crime Intelligence boss Col. Atwoki Ndahura, cyber crime officer Richard Ndaboine and five other officers.
Muhangi is said to have been arrested last night from his home in Namugongo by non-uniformed personnel who identified themselves as operatives from the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI).
This arrest came hours after their boss for IGP Kale Kayihura was summoned and allegedly grilled in Mbuya barracks for several hours by officials from the Special Force command.
According to our source, it is said that the operation is still stiff and more arrests are going to be effected especially to some officers who held big offices during the previous reign.
