Radio murder suspect Troy committed to high court

Godrey Wamala aka Troy the man accused for the alleged murder of Ugandan Singer Moses Ssekibogo a.k.a Mowzey Radio has finally been committed to the High court for trial.

According to information revealed by State Attorney Julius Muhiirwe before the Entebbe Court Chief Magistrate Susan Okeni underscored that investigations into case are complete.

He added that he had instructions from the Director of Prosecution (DPP) to send him to the trial court because there is evidence placing Troy at the scene of crime.

Mowzey Radio died of head injury at Case Hospital in Kampala on 1st, February 2018, after a brawl at DeBar, a popular hangout in Entebbe Town, on 22nd/January/2018.

Acting on the DPP’s directive, Magistrate Okeni, sent Troy Wamala back to Kigo Prison until the next convenient session of the High court when his trial can start.
