Kampala city Lord Mayor Elias Lukwago has also run short of words after the shocking death of the Police spokes person AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi.
Lukwago while speaking to our reporter, described this as a black Friday and decried the increasing rates of bloodshed in the country.
“I even have nothing to say, but why are people being killed that? It’s a dark Friday, it’s a shock we don’t know what’s next.” Lukwago helplessly said.
Early this morning, AIG Felix Andrew Kaweesi was gunned down by unknown assailants as he left his home in Kulambiro, a Kampala suburb.
He was killed in a black Land Cruiser car with two body guards and the bodies of the deceased have been taken to Mulago Hospital for a post Morten.
Police has deployed heavily at the crime scene and investigations have started.
