The Democratic Party president Norbert Mao has also eulogized the death of the Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi who was gunned down early this morning with his two bodyguards a few meters away from his home in Kulambiro a Kampala suburb.
Mao described AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi as an amiable man who tried to put a human face to the police.
He however called upon the Uganda police to help identify that person since the person that killed the late Andrew Felix Kaweesi had access to guns.
Earlier on, Kampala Metropolitan police spokes person Emilino Kayima called upon Ugandans to stay calm and give room to the police to investigate the matter.
