Former Presidential aspirant Dr Kizza Besigye has this morning made unannounced visit to Kira Division Police.
This visit was aimed at visiting Dr Nalongo Stella Nyanzi who is under detention over what police described as offensive communication and cyber harassment under Computer Misuse Act.
However police has not allowed Besigye to see the Makerere University senior Researcher.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi is expected to appear in court today over offensive communication & cyber harassment under Computer Misuse Act.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi was arrested last week after hosting a fundraising drive to raise money for sanitary pads for school girls.
