The South Western Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) enforcement team has foiled a smuggler’s efforts to smuggle 20 cartons of BANNED cosmetics.
The cosmetics were being smuggled from the Republic Democratic Congo to Uganda via Ishasha River disguised as charcoal.
The URA officials urged the citizens for being proactive in the fight against smuggling since it’s the only way to kick the vice out of Uganda.
