President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is in Qatar on a 3-day State visit at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
The President, is accompanied by the 1st Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Hon. Janet K. Museveni.
They were received at Sheikh Hamad International Airport, Doha, by Hon. Mohammed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Municipalities and Environment.
Earlier President Museveni was seen off at Entebbe International Airport this by the Vice-President, Mr. Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi.
Others at the Airport included the Minister for Presidency, Hon. Esther Mbayo, the Head of Public Service, Mr. John Mitala, Commander of Air Forces, Maj. Gen. Lwanga Lutaaya, Assistant Inspector General of Police, Mr. Okoth Ochola and Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr. Johnson Byabashaija.
