Buganda Road Court has adjourned the hearing of Makerere University academician Dr. Stella Nyanzi to May 10.
According to the Judge, this is intended to allow High Court handle the revision application of Dr. Nyanzi’s case file HT.
However through her Lawyer Nicholas Opio, the concerns related to mistreatment of Dr. Nyanzi were raised and he adds that she has been restricted to access her books, and even visitors.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi’s appearance is over offensive communication and cyber harassment where it’s alleged that called president Museveni “a pair of buttocks”.
In attendance was also former presidential aspirant Dr. Kiiza Besigye and other hundreds of human rights activists.
