Court has this morning thrown the Kyadondo MP Apollo Katinti out of parliament following the petition that was filed by the NRM candidate Sitenda Sebalu who was the former area MP.
This has been due to electoral irregularities sighted in the February 18 elections.
In a joint ruling by Justice Paul Mugamba, Justice Cheborion Barishaki and Richard Buteera found that there was noncompliance of the electoral laws which substantially affected the results.
The electoral commission has been ordered to conduct fresh elections in the constituency.
