High Court Judge Flavia Anglin Senoga has issued an arrest warrant for Mubarak Munyagwa commonly known as Mugati Gwa Bata over failure to remit UGX20m on May 2nd as per court’s order to repay UGX100m debt he owes John Baptist Maali in installments.
The Kawempe South legislator was Monday 24th April granted bail from the civil prison of Luzira where he had been confined for 2 weeks for failure to pay the money.
However Justice Anglin Ssenoga the head of the Execution Division of the High Court ordered Munyagwa make a down payment of 15 million shillings to Maali and promised to have the rest of the money paid by 2nd August 2017 a pledge he has failed to fulfill.
