Champions league; Juventus, Monaco face off

As the Italian Juventus look forward to finish the job and secure a place in the Champions league final they are hosting Monaco from France who they defeated by two goals to nil in the first leg.

Juventus’s head coach is not taking advantage of the first win for granted as he rested several key players that saw his team draw against Torino at the weekend.

However  Monaco who beat Nancy 3-0 on Saturday are trying to become the team to overturn a 2-0 home defeat as they travel to Italy in a bid to book a place at the finals too.

It should be noted that Juventus has eight wins and three draws without any loss in the CL this season, the only other unbeaten team is real Madrid.

They also have a six consecutive clean sheet, without any goal in 621 minutes yet won 11 last cl home games and drew 7 making it 18 unbeaten home games.

Well as Monaco have only won 11 away cl games i a knock out stage, they have never kept a clean sheet in the 11 outings.
