Anselm Besigye receives his High School Diploma from Choate Rosemary Hall.
Anselm who is a son of the famous and seasoned politicians Ms. Wine Byayima the current Oxfam Director and the four time Ugandan presidential candidate Rtd. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye is now ready for new challenges.

However a few minutes afterwards, the Rasta boy let his hair down and smoked a cigar and posed for pictures with several cute girls as dad and mum looked on.
Anselm was also last year in April elected president of his school debating club one of the most celebrated positions at the school.
