Uganda Cranes wins KCCA FC in a trial match

The Uganda Cranes had a trial match against Kampala Capital City Authority on Wednesday afternoon at Mandela National Stadium outside playground.

Belgium based forward Faruku Miya converted from the penalty spot in the 52nd minute of the game which kept the Cranes on top till the final whistle.

After the game, the national team coach Sredejovic ‘Micho’ Milutin addressed the KCCA FC players and wished them fruitful deliberations ahead of the upcoming CAF Confederation Cup encounter on Saturday against Rivers United of
Nigeria.

“You only need to believe in yourself, you are not different from the Rivers United players thus better than them in several aspects. You can do it like you did against Club Africain” noted  Micho.
The game was watched by the Historic FUFA President Eng. Moses Magogo.
