Janifer Frances Namara a graduate from Kyambogo University was yesterday knocked and died on spot by Justine Kasule Lumumba’s Car the National Resistance Movement Secretary General along Entebbe Road.
Namara was pursuing master’s degree at Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a resident of Lweza a doughter to Late Major Kahangye a soldier formally killed on duty in Somalia during AMISOM wars.
According to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Secretariat said that the girl “rammed” into the SG Justine Kasule Lumumba’s convoy.
