On Friday evening, self-proclaimed Ghetto president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu was given a heroic welcome in Gulu town.
This tour comes a few months after Bebe Cool’s that was also in the same place but briefly I can say though show had a good audience, but it went unnoticed.
However the same way the Kyadondo legislator has always put business and transport at a standstill in Kampala, one in while Gulu town was also on fire with impassable roads for about an hour.
