Rwanda Amavubi Stars Vs Uganda Cranes (Uganda Cranes lead 3-0 from first leg)

The Uganda Cranes team has intensified training as days for the final round of the TOTAL CHAN 2018 qualifier return leg draw closer, the team has intensified with a morning training session at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo on Tuesday.
Twenty one players were present for the morning session. All the players are optimistic not to give up on their lead against the Amavubi.
Team Captain Bernard Muwanga said that it is not yet over though they won the first battle but the war is still on.
“It is good we won the first battle but that doesn’t guarantee our victory. We still need to win the return battle to accomp0lish the war as victors” said Muwanga.
Defender Timothy Dennis Awanyi who missed the first round of the qualifier said that he is prepared and set to join the rest to accomplish the mission.
“I’m ready to join the rest in our bid to return to CHAN though I missed the first leg of the qualifier. I have only need to work hard that the coach considers me in the final squad” Awanyi stated.
While the goal keeping coach is happy with the performance of his goalkeepers Ismael Watenga and Benjamin Ochan.
Training continues with a closed door training session at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo on Wednesday.
