Senior president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni press secretary Don Wanyama Innocent has joined the hundreds who have given their take on the Kenya’s Supreme Court ruling.
Expressing his view via Facebook the veteran Journalist described the entire process as funny. ‘These Kenyan judges are being funny.’
Earlier today the Supreme Court of Kenya overturned and annulled an election in which President Uhuru Kenyatta was declared winner and ordered for new election in 60 days.
This follows the petition filed by NASA’s candidate Raila Odiga.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) declared President Kenyatta the winner after garnering 54 per cent of the votes cast on August 8.
A six-judge bench, by majority decision, on Friday found that the electoral commission failed to conduct the polls according to the Constitution and Elections Act.

Don Wanyama must be suffering for M7sm!!!!
Don Wanyama epitomises what is wrong with people who jump to conclusions with limited facts. On what basis does he say the judges are funny. Because he disagrees with them? Was he present in the court to hear the evidence and legal arguments that formed the basis of what informed the judges’ decisions? I go back to what I always think of when I hear or read what people like Wanyama say “A wise man speaks because he has something to say, whilst a fool talks because he wants to say something. But for being a M7 sycophant I doubt any reasonable person of some intellect would employ him as a press secretary. But hey, if he decides he is being clever by displaying his ignorance, that’s his prerogative. I hope for their sake that his children never read these ridiculous utterances.
