Buganda Kingdom premier Owek. Charles peter Mayiga has called upon Ugandans to invest in real estate if they are to benefit from the sweet of their work.
Katikiro made these remarks during the launch of Tuzimbe a Television program partnership of Namulondo Investments Limited and BBS TV held on early this week at Bulange Gardens in Mengo.
Mayiga added that construction of good houses doesn’t need a lot of money but it only needs a good plan there people need to consult experts before construction of houses.
“Some people build houses after seeing their neighbors buildings, this ancient system must stop, you end up using a lot of resources yet experts would have given a better and affordable plan.” Mayiga said.
The main reason for this show is to help people learn how to come up with a good house plans, improve on their building skills and also know which type of Estates to deal with when you need a house.
Tuzimbe Ne Namulondo Investment Limited program will be airing every Monday from 8pm to 9pm only on BBS Terefayina.
Speaking at the Partnership, the Chief Executive Officer of Namulondo Investment Limited Mrs. Lillian Kaddu applauded BBS Terefayina for the work they do to ensure that people get good knowledge on the matters to do with land, Estates, houses, how to come up with good buildings in the city and the all country as whole.
