Besigye arrest
Former presidential aspirant Dr. Kizza Besigye has again given the Uganda police team the worst experience of the day.
Besigye who had sneaked from his home that has been heavily sealed off since yesterday night and entered the City where Police was able to trace him at Mini Price, down town.
He refused to get out of his car that was surrounded surrounded by civilians an event that forced police to fire teargas and live bullets in the air to disperse the wordy crowds.
