Bosujju lawmaker of the National Resistance Movement Hon. David Lukyamuzi Kalwanga has this morning denounced the move to amend article 102b.
This was unveiled during the press conference that was held at parliament where the lawmaker was welcomed by the Rebel MPs.
According to Kalwanga, he has done this in respect to his voters who are opposed to the bill there by could not go against their decision yet they are the reason he is the House.
He added that besides the demand by the voters, he feels he is beyond the level of being held at a ransom of the party on issues benefiting individuals at the expense of democracy.
On welcoming him, Lwemiyaga legislator Hon. Theodore Ssekikubo hailed him for respecting the voice of his voters and vowed not to let him down but continue fighting for the right cause.
They later sang the National anthem and shared a cake donned Togikwatako article 102b.
