Customs authorities at the Busia border have today morning intercepted a one Wahib, a conductor of Bus Car heading to Kampala from Nairobi with counterfeit Ugandan currency amounting to 189.1M Ugx.
This huge junk of notes was concealed as dog food till the authority took interest in establishing the type of dog food.
Upon being busted, Wahib informed the investigations team that a one Sarah gave him the “goods” to be delivered to Swaib in Kampala.
According to the organization, its revealed that in collaboration with our counterparts in Kenya, Sarah has been arrested in Nairobi and the hunt is on for Swaib and the suspect has been transported to Kampala for further investigations.
