Former Makindye South Member of Parliament lawmaker Hon. Hajji Isa Kikungwe has died.
The Democratic Party (DP) Treasurer passed away in the wee hrs of Sunday morning at Mengo Hospital where he has been on life support machine for 5 days.
In 2016, Kikungwe contested for Lord Mayorship on the Democratic Party but lost the race to his close friend Elias Lukwago one they legislated together with in the 8th parliament.
