It was a matter of hit and run between the Uganda Police officers in Soroti district on Monday 06th November 2017.
This saga emerged when the security operatives wedged intensions to block the Forum for Democratic Change rally a head of the party elections at the end of this month.
Party presidential candidate Patrick Amuriat Oboi, Dr. Kiiza Besigye and other FDC officials were among the key speakers and as usual they defied police orders something that resulted in fearing of live bullets and teargas in the rowdy crowds as detailed in the pictures below.
