MP Kibalya: Can Museveni really also amend broken hearts of Ugandans?

Bugabula south Member of Parliament Hon. Henry Maurice Kibalya has decried the matter in which government has given a deaf ear to matters affecting Ugandans.

Speaking to the Insider, Kibalya noted that its unfortunate that the President Museveni is only concerned on things benefiting him as an individual.

He added that though president has taken the matter to have the constitution easily amended, the fact is that he cannot amend the broken hearts of Ugandans but shall instead pay for that pain.

These statement follow the recent signing of the Age limit bill into an act by the Head of state.

This signing manifests that the term of office for lawmakers meant to climax in 2021 will be extended to 2023.
