Uganda Cranes set to showcase new skills from new Coach

The Uganda Cranes contingent in Morocco safely traveled from Rabat to Marrakech on Thursday afternoon.

This was after a successful training camp meant for acclimization where two practice matches were played in Rabat with Guinea and Congo.

The team is booked in at Palmeraie Golf palace Hotel in Marrakech City.

‘We traveled very safely and everybody here is fine. We are ready for the mission ahead of us and make millions of Ugandans happy’ Ahmed Hussein, the team media officer confirmed to www.fufa.co.ug upon arrival after close to three hours of travel from Rabat to Marrakech.

Meanwhile, the team training resumed today Friday and Saturday before Sunday’s first game for Uganda.

Uganda is in Group B alongside Zambia, Ivory Coast and Namibia.

The Cranes will open its campaign at the Total 2018 CHAN Finals against Zambia on Sunday.
