The opposition chief whip Semujju Nganda has called for the resignation of the Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura.
Speaking to Journalists earlier today, Semujju asked for a special Investigation into the Internal Security Organization over failure to manage security of the country.
Semijju accuses the Inspector General of Police for baby setting criminals instead of bringing them to book.
He says due to this weakness, Ugandans and their security are not guaranteed since the people responsible seem to be focusing on their things than protecting people and keeping law and order.
This follows the arrest of the leader of the notorious Boda Boda 2010 group Abdul Kitata and some other 28 members implicated in murder case of Francis Ekaluhar, an employee of Case Clinic was kidnapped & later murdered on Tuesday 2nd January, 2018. His body was discovered by police in Kajansi on 3rd January, 2018.
