Ssebufu not mad, must be tried

Prosecution in the trial of Pine Car Bond boss Muhammad Ssebuwufu have presented a witness who confirmed that Ssebuufu and the seven co accused persons are in good mental health and can face murder charges.

The accused are facing trial after being charged with murdering businesswoman Donah Betty Katusabe allegedly for failing to pay a 9 million shillings debt which was the balance of a car purchase she made from the car bond found at Lumumba Avenue in Kampala.

Prosecution led by Michael Ojok has presented its 6th witness; Police doctor Emmanuel Nuwamanya who has testified that he examined Sebuufu and his co-suspects and found them to be of sound mental status and having no physical injuries.

Dr.  Nuwamanya told the presiding Judge Flavia Ssenoga that he carried out a medical examination on  Ssebuufu on the 26th October 2015 at Nsambya police barracks upon receiving a  request from the Kampala Central Police Station.
