The opposition’s Forum for Democratic Change’s Dr. Kiiza Besigye has called upon Ugandans not to get excited with Kayihura’s sacking.
While making a comment on the shocking news that swallowed two top military officers, Besigye said that Uganda shall never have till when Museveni is gone.
He says Uganda has had so many IGPs, Army Commanders and Security Ministers in but the only constant is Mr. Museveni who appoints them. “Unless he is changed and/or replaced, insecurity in Uganda will continue to deteriorate.” He stated.
