The mood that was in the Naguru police headquarter boardroom as Former IGP Kale Kayihura touchingly handed over one of Uganda’s Juiciest offices was so tense.
In presence of different police directors, Ministers among others top government officials, if he had powers Kayihura would have at least postponed the event.
However as a military man, he went against all odds and still held a smile on his as his early retirement from the forced commenced to the climax.
Kayihura was the Inspector of Police for twelve years, and during his reign, a great number of achievements was recorded though as a human beings, there were a few shortcomings.
