The ruling party spokesperson Rogers Mulindwa has said that he has hope that the ruling party will win the highly anticipated Jinja East By-election.
Speaking to our insider immediately after the voting process, Mulindwa said that unless the opposition rigs Nabeta’s votes the hope is that the Eastern city of the Pearl of Africa will be painted yellow at the end of the day.
Mulindwa insist that the opposition especially the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party has a number of Mafias who have all the skills in vote rigging and bribing voters.
He however adds that the claims earlier made on pre-ticked votes as false and baseless since they have no evidence.
