Highly celebrated Catholic Priest Fr. Anthony Musaala yesterday threw the country in silence when he returned back to the Catholic Church he had left a few years back.
In an unforgettable service held on the Holy Thursday, amidst cheers from the congregation, Musaala kneeled down to kiss Archbishop Lwanga’s ring after apologizing.
“I turn to you your Grace, the Archbishop, who has endured so many hurts from me. I am truly sorry, especially for doubting your fatherly love. Please forgive me.” This is part of the loaded apology that the
Musaala, who had joined the Brazilian Catholic Apostolic Church, on Thursday handed over his letter of apology to Archbishop Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga during the Chrism Mass at Rubaga Cathedral in Kampala.
