Eddy Kenzo condemns government for not supporting musicians.

The jubilation hit maker, commonly known as Eddy Kenzo has blamed the government for its failure to support the music industry.

According to Eddy Kenzo, he says that musicians represent the country at the international level which contributes to the country’s popularity and economic development.

“The government is not supporting us. They have no idea of the great things we do,” we said.

Much more, Eddy Kenzo has asked the government to stop concentrating on only sports and games sector but also invest in the music industry.

Eddy Kenzo says that the government should reduce the prices of cameras and equipments that are needed for music production.

“We use expensive cameras. Government should reduce them and make them accessible. I have suffered a lot to reach where I am but they don’t know,” he said.

Eddy Kenzo recently won the Nickelodeon kids award as the best African artist. Yesterday, he donated two of his awards to the Uganda Museum.
