Joshua Cheptegei wins another Gold in 10,000 meter for Uganda at Goldcoast commonwealth games after running for 27:19.62 minutes.
This comes a few days after overpowering his closest challenger Canada’s Mohammed Ahmed, who scooped silver while Kenya’s Rodgers Kwemoi came in third to take bronze.
It should be noted that Cheptegei’s latest victory comes five days after winning gold in the men’s 5000m final, where he beat Canada’s Mohammed Ahmed and Edward Zakayo of Kenya.
A day after, Uganda’s Chesang also won the 10,000 Meters Marathon female Gold medal implying that in only this tournament, Uganda has so far bagged 3 Gold medals.
