Edward Kisuze, the now suspended Senior Administrative Assistant of Makerere University has been arrested.
Police is holding Kisule from its Wandegeya police station over allegations of sexual harassment and being a public nuisance.
Kisule was pictured attempting to have canal knowledge of a female student in his office.
The pictures were circulated on social media by the victim.
