Mr. Muhammad Kirumira is now Assistant Inspector of Police, having been found to have committed acts of gross misconduct contrary to the police standing orders on conduct and discipline.
The force disciplinary court made this ruling this afternoon at the Naguru Police Headquarter.
Before the court hearing, there was scuffle as police attempted to deny journey entry to court premises however a few minutes later Afande Sam Omara who doubles and Kirumira’s surety was able to lead to the court room where the ruling was made.
Kirumira has been battling charges related to misconduct, use of excessive force during operations, bribery among others.
