One of the United Kingdom Member of Parliament Paul Williams has gone against odds to and told President Museveni to retire.
The information that was revealed via his official twitter handle, Williams exposes that President Museveni has been the barrier to development in Uganda.
This comes hours after President Museveni joined the other delegates across the world to attend the ongoing commonwealth Heads of Government meeting (CHOGM).
