A house maid, suspected to have run away with her master’s baby in Mukono has been arrested.
Babirye Nakilya is now in custody in Mukono Police after confessing to her crime.
On April 4, 2018, Nakilya left Kate Nalwanga’s residence with a baby running to present the child to her boyfriend, a one Wilson Tumusime.
Nakilya had informed her boyfriend that she had conceived his baby, to which the boyfriend doubted and reported her to police
Her boyfriend reported after realizing that Nakilya’s story wasn’t adding up well.
The 7 months child has now been re-united with its mother, but police continues with investigations.
