Arua Municipality Member of Parliament Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga has lampooned haters backbiting him as an illiterate and desperate man.
Speaking to this website, The Yellow donned man described himself as a wealthy and successful man who needs nobody’s help.
Abiriga added that his style of dressing in yellow Monday –Sunday is out of love and passion for the party but not in a move to win sympathy from the Head of State.
He says, he is not desperate to be Minister since he is even wealthier than other ministers.
This comment comes a few days after the celebrated lawmaker graduated at Nile Institute located in Arua district with a diploma something he says was done after the wise advice of President Museveni.
