A good number of People have stormed different polling stations to cast their votes in the highly anticipated Rukungiri By-election.
Voting is already underway at most of the polling stations in the entire district and so far no cases of violence have been reported.
The by-election which follows the nullification of the election of NRM’s Winfred Masiko by Court of Appeal in March is highly contested between FDC’s Betty Muzanira and NRM’s Winfred Masiko
