Eunice arriving
Forget about other leaders nominated today, but the Forum for Democratic Change’s Eunice Namatende has entered Bugiri’s to book of records.
Accompanied by seasoned politician Dr. Kiiza Besigye, Eunice was nominated in the afternoon and later pulled a gigantic crowd that unconditionally creamed Manda Mayaka, a local word meaning recharged batteries.
Bugiri Municipality FDC candidate Eunice Namatende was nominated along with the Municipality Mayor Luba and Divisional Councilors.
Also in presence was FDC Party President Patrick Amuriat, FDC Chairman Wasswa Birigwa, MPs Mwijukye Francis, Munyagwa Mubarak, Jack Wamanga Wamai, Hon. Wafula Oguttu, Kevin Taaka and several FDC leaders.
