About a half of the total number of Members of Parliament have dodged president Museveni’s security address to the August House.
The event that started at exactly 02:30PM had only registered a number of only 261 out of out of 453 Members of Parliament present for the session.
President Museveni’s address to Parliament and the country on the state of security follows the request by the Speaker Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga during the reading of the National Budget at the Kampala Serena Hotel last week.
