Famous gospel artiste and Buikwe Woman MP Judith Babirye is set to marry fellow MP Paul Musoke Sebulime, the Insider has established.
Babirye,40, has been married to Samuel Niwo with whom they have one daughter. However, early last year, Babirye filed for divorce with hubby saying that their marriage has been stormy and characterized with sadness owing to what she describes as Niwo’s cruel, erratic, male-violent behaviour and lack of respect to the sanctity of their marriage celebrated at Rubaga Miracle centre.
According to the latest info, Babirye is on July 28 this year set to secretly introduce her new lover, Flight Capt Musoke who is also Buikwe North MP.
The two have reportedly been dating for close to 2years and have decided to legalize their relationship through an introduction ceremony that will be held in a private venue.
Information obtained from the marriage cards that are currently being distributed to MPs only has Babirye’s names with her lover. The card does not also indicate the venue for the function saying, “Hon Judith Babirye with pleasure invites you to her introduction ceremony due to take place on 28th July 2018 at a private venue that will be communicated.”
MP Musoke,44, a pilot by profession who is equally a first timer in Parliament has been single before he set his eyes on Babirye. Before coming to Parliament, he was chairperson LC3 for Njeru Trading Centre.
Babirye and Musoke were last pictured together last year as the former launched his book titled “Revival of Uganda’s National Carrier” at Parliament.
