Kampala City Lord Mayor received more of a surprise when he went to Sheema Municipality to campaign for FDC’s Vergia Plan.
The counsel who was in the caravan with Dr. Kiiza Besigye and other leaders was lifted in the sky a number of minutes as residents celebrated his efforts in the fight for change.
